Project Executive (Outsourcing and Consulting Group)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage outsourcing projects focusing of HR related functions.
• Ensure all project deliverables are performed
• Work with project manager to ensure KPI and SLAs are met.
• Maintained a good relationship with client’s counterparts.
• Groom project junior members to take on leadership roles.

Core Competence Required:

• 3 – 5 years project experience.   Preferred Services Provider environment, especially managing outsourced services
• Projects managed should be in process / Solution based sales and /or pre-sales; eg Outsourcing of processes; and / or tools
• Strong process / solutions knowledge
• Strong functional knowledge: HR payroll, compensations, medical etc
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experiences
• Experience in HR consulting / Recruitment industry bonus
• 4 year Bachelor Degree and above in any field.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable creative
