Outsourcing Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a country-wide team of HR services / outsourcing delivery consultants to ensure meeting SLA;
  • Provide expertise to the service team on Chinese Labor Law, Contract Law and other HR regulations
  • Liaise with client to ensure delivery of agreed HR related services (Payroll, Social Contributions and Medical Insurances)
  • Support sales team to furnish Compensation and Benefits information to bid for HR services and outsourcing contracts.
  • Head the “Quality” initiatives of the service delivery team

Core Competence Required:

  • Min 3 years operations management experience in a service provider environment
  • Must be experienced in engaging with clients regarding SLA (service level agreements)
  • Experienced in managing a team of service / delivery consultants; especially delivery HR solutions and services
  • Sound knowledge of Chinese Labor Law and Labor Contract Laws.
  • Experience in HR consulting / Recruitment industry a bonus
  • 4 year Bachelor Degree and above in any field.
  • Very strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable creative.
  • Able to travel; Key cities but not limited to:Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou.
