Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide Clients with HR consulting solutions.
• Provide Clients with potential candidates to meet Client’s staffing needs.
• Effective managing of search cases to closure.
• Provide professional advice to Clients on talent pool landscape.

Core Competence Required:

• University Degree and above in any field.
• More than 3 years work experience in any industry OR more than 2 years work experience in Executive Search industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong team working spirit mind set and self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Experience in managing more than 8 search cases independently.
