(Senior) BD Manager

Core Competence Required:

• 7-10 years working experience in at least one focused industry:
• Industrial/Manufacturing
• FMCG
• Logistics
• Banking/Finance
• IT/Technology   

OR  5-7 years working experience in Executive Search industry

• Min 3-years experience in Business or Key Accounts Development with MNC
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to be very hands-on
• Minimum 4 years Bachelor Degree and above in any field.
• Possess high level of initiative, self-motivated, sociable and highly creative.
• Particular about details
• Able to communicate across levels and across multiple-functions
• Possess an aggressive nature to succeed
• Able to travel on short-notice
