Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the company management team to participate in major business decision-making process. Help to define and improve business processes including customer relations and development, purchasing, human resources development, strategic planning and policy development and implementation.
- Working capital management. Ensure sufficient working capital and make request for bank loan borrowing and repayment based on cash flow forecast. Ensure working capital related KBI meets the target
- Fixed asset management. Ensure fixed asset acquisition, transfer and disposal are correctly booked and conducted under the company’s policy
- Tax and legal compliance. Ensure 100% compliance and zero penalty. Build and maintain good working relationship with local tax bureau
- Budgeting. Responsible for group annual budget development. Coordinate the target setting for key business indicators and major cost/expense items
- Monthly review. Conduct monthly finance/budget review with BU management team and prepare action plans on cost saving initiatives through variance & benchmark analysis.
- Reports. Provide monthly reports to OSIG, the regional office and Group GM on an accurate and timely basis. Provide other reports and analysis upon request
- Annual audit. Work with regional office and outsider audit to ensure a smooth annul audit. To ensure the adjustment within the acceptable range set by the regional finance department
- Internal control. Follow the internal control policy set by the regional office and communicate with other departments to ensure its implementation in the Group
- Manage the department’s expense
- Manages and trains financial team
- Risk management. To prepare request for BU insurance needs, clearly communicate the safety/loss prevention requirement with the related departments and follow up on the execution
- Forecast expenditure, revenues and cash flows. Prepare a monthly rolling forecast
- Prepare monthly financial reports to US Headquarters on an accurate and timely basis
Core Competence Required:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- Over 8 years working experiences in multinational companies in manufacturing environment, 2 - 3 years finance management experience;
- Good command at English (reading and writing)
- Excellent analytical ability
- Qualification of CPA or ACCA is a plus.
