Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor at least 1 Junior Consultants/Consultants in any search cases.
• Provide Clients with HR consulting solutions.
• Provide Clients with potential candidates to meet Client’s staffing needs.
• Effective managing of search cases to closure.
• Provide professional advice to Clients on talent pool landscape.

Core Competence Required:

• University Degree and above in any field.
• More than 5 years work experience in any industry OR more than 4 years work experience in Executive Search industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong initiative, self-motivated with a team working spirit mind set.
• Experience in managing more than 16 search cases independently
