Team Leader (2nd In-Charge)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor at least 3 Junior Consultants/Consultants in any search cases.
- Develop at least 3 Client returning accounts through successful search case closure.
- Grow and build a team to serve Client’s HR staffing needs.
- Provide Clients with potential candidates to meet Client’s staffing needs.
- Effective managing of search cases to closure.
- Provide professional advice to Clients on talent pool landscape.
Core Competence Requirements:
- University Degree and above in any field.
- More than 8 years work experience in any industry OR more than 6 years work experience in Executive Search industry.
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong initiative with mentorship skills with a passion to lead and build a team.
- Experience in managing more than 2 Search Consultants.
