Team Leader (2nd In-Charge)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor at least 3 Junior Consultants/Consultants in any search cases.
  • Develop at least 3 Client returning accounts through successful search case closure.
  • Grow and build a team to serve Client’s HR staffing needs.
  • Provide Clients with potential candidates to meet Client’s staffing needs.
  • Effective managing of search cases to closure.
  • Provide professional advice to Clients on talent pool landscape.

Core Competence Requirements:

  • University Degree and above in any field.
  • More than 8 years work experience in any industry OR more than 6 years work experience in Executive Search industry.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong initiative with mentorship skills with a passion to lead and build a team.
  • Experience in managing more than 2 Search Consultants.
